How we handle inquiries
When you submit a request, Ellihan LLC uses the details you provide to respond, understand your needs, and coordinate follow-up.
Information in your inquiry
This includes your name, email, organization and website if provided, service interest, timeframe, selected resource, and message. We also record the submission time, page path, and campaign tags in the link you used, when present.
Where it goes
Our inquiry workflow is designed to store submissions in our Cloudflare-hosted lead database, record them in HubSpot, send an internal email through Resend, and share a notification and the complete inquiry with our team in a restricted Discord leads channel. Routing depends on which services are connected. Our sales team may use Apollo to supplement business contact and company information when reviewing your inquiry.
Your choices
You can read and download our resources without submitting a form. An inquiry is a request for a response; it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Avoid including passwords, account credentials, sensitive incident details, or confidential documents in this form.
Questions or changes
To ask about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up, email contact@ellihan.com. Include enough information for us to identify your request.
Resource suggestion
When you dismiss a guide suggestion, this browser stores a dismissal timestamp locally so the suggestion can stay hidden for seven days. Clearing browser site data clears that preference.
Security checks
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits to reduce automated spam. Cloudflare processes security signals, including your network address and browser information, to provide this protection. The verification result is checked before an inquiry is stored; verification tokens are not included in CRM notes or team notifications. Request limits may temporarily prevent form submissions; you can always email us directly.
